If you reside in the orange area you are considered a local resident. Outside of this area a player would be considered an import and may require a release from your local association. If you reside in the grey area marked on the map you can typically play in OHMBA without a release as the town of Erin has no minor baseball assoc. and OHMBA is your closes local.
