IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION
Since we have a new website, information is going to be found in different places now. Most of the information you need will be posted in this section. The week after our coaches meeting which is May 8th, coaches will be contacting players to let them know what team they are on. For more information about schedules, picture day, equipment and diamonds please read on:
SCHEDULES:
To find your schedule, click on house league on the left and then on your division and then on your team number and you will see your team calendar. Once you know what team you are on, you can also click on the link to subscribe to your team calendar so it can be synced to your phone.
You will find the table with the divisions and play nights under the "registration" tab at the top of the home page.
PICTURE DAY:
Picture day will be on Opening Day for T-Ball and Jr-Rookie as we find this is the best day for attendance and we don't have to worry about team balancing. Your coach will inform you of what time to be at Springbrook to receive your uniform and get your picture taken.
Picture day for Rookie to Midget/Junior will be at Westside Secondary School on June 22nd. Your time will be posted on your team calendar.
For T-Ball and Jr Rookie retakes for players that can not attend opening day, you can come to the school on June 22nd.
Retake day for Rookie to Midget/Junior is still TBD
EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS:
Players must have their own batting helmet and glove. Baseball shoes, plastic bottom cleats or running shoes can be used. Hats, jerseys, pants, team bats, etc are provided by the league (please note: Tball does not receive pants) . Uniforms are handed out before your first game on Opening Day.
BASEBALL DIAMONDS:
There is a link at the top of the home page with a list of all of our baseball diamonds and their locations. Every division plays at multiple diamonds and you will see what diamonds you are at each night on your team calendar once it is posted and you know what team you are on.
