2020 Registration Fee Credit or Refund
Submitted By Admin on Sunday, June 28, 2020
Dear OMBA Families,

Further to our announcement regarding the cancellation of our 2020 Season, below are the steps you can take regarding your child's House League registration.

As a non-profit organization, we do not have the financial resources to absorb all of the costs that have been incurred from each of our registrations.   As such, we have decided to offer either a refund or credit option to our membership in order to sustain our Association through these unprecedented times.

Your Options:

1.  For those who can, we kindly ask that you leave your registration fees with us. Your 2020 registration(s) will be credited to an equivalent 2021 registration and locked in at the 2020 rates.

2.  Full refund of 2020 Registration Fees.  Please complete the 2020 House League Registration Update Form to let us know which option you would like to choose.   We ask that you do this by July 12, 2020.

This will be a labour intensive process, we ask for your patience while we work through each Registrant.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me:[email protected]

Sincerely,

Phil Lankhof
President, OMBA
