The recent move to Stage 3 of re-opening allows us to have spectators at baseball.
The stands are not to be used and spectators are to ensure that they are physically distancing from each family group. It is advisable to bring your own chair.
We are required to screen all spectators in attendance. Screening will occur through the SportsHeadz app. The steps to screen each new spectator are outlined below:
Step 1
Submit Health screen for player or parent user
Step 2
Once Health Check has been completed for player or parent then select “Bring a Guest”
Step 3
Enter your guest information
Step 4
Complete screening for your guest and submit. This can be repeated if you have multiple guests
*Please note that any siblings attending will need to be screened using this same method
Reminders
· Please ensure that screening is completed every time for all participants including players, coaches, and all spectators (including siblings)
· Please remember that players are to be masked while on the bench and physically distanced. If the bench area is too small for proper physical distancing the stands can be used or players can be spread out behind the bench area or down from the bench. Depending on the field it is recommended that players bring their own chair
· Coaches are required to be masked when on the bench or approaching another participant (player, coach, or umpire)
