House League - Coaches Meeting & Equipment Pick-up
Attention All House League Coaches & Parent Volunteers...
The House League Coaches Meeting will take place on Monday May 9th, from 7:30-9:00 in the Tony Rose Arena meeting room. Rosters are being finalized, and coaches should expect to receive them in advance of the meeting.
Equipment pick-up day for house league coaches will take place on Thursday May 19th at the Springbrook Shack from 6:30 - 9:00pm.
We are still looking for some Head and Assistant coaches for 7U, 9U, 11U, and 18U. Parents can expect to hear from Conveners that will be calling / emailing looking for coaches. If you signed up to be an assistant, please consider being a head coach for the coming season - if contacted. If you were thinking about coaching but did not sign up, please contact our VP of House League Ryan Hancock so that he can pass your information along to your Convener. Without volunteer coaches our programs cannot operate properly. We are hoping some additional volunteers will come forward and help us deliver a great baseball season this year.
With the season scheduled to start May 24th, coaches will have 2 weeks to contact their players in advance of the first game. Schedules are being finalized and will be made available online prior to the first week of games.
