2021 House League Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Full uniforms: Jersey, Pants and Cap.
  • Team Photo & individual Player Photos
  • Diamond Fees paid to the Town of Orangeville
  • Umpire Fees
  • Equipment: including bats, balls, bases, and catcher gear
  • Trophies or medals for all players
  • Insurance coverage
  • CSA approved Batting Helmet
  • Baseball Glove
  • Running shoes or Baseball Shoes (Cleats with Rubber Soles not Steel)
  • Genital protection (boys and girls)
  • Mask/hand sanitizer
  • Recommend players have their own bats to avoid sharing of equipment: USA Baseball and USSSA bats only. Metal for House League

Q: Can I register in person?
A:We have moved to an online registration system.  All online payments can be made with your credit card.  Registration is now open - please register here: https://playbaseball.ca/Forms/2349/

Q: Can I pay by Cash or Cheque?

A: No. We only accept payment by credit card (VISA/Mastercard).

Q:What is your refund policy?

Q:How do I register if I rolled over my fees from last year?
A: If you have rolled over your registration fees from 2020 (and fully paid), you still need to complete the new registration form.  There will be an option on the registration form for those that have rolled over fees, please select this and you will just need to enter the Player ID to confirm.  If you cannot find your Player ID from 2020, you can check this link: https://playbaseball.ca/Pages/2478/2020_Player_Ids/?scrollto=0

Q: When does the season start/end?
A: Season start date is still to be determined, but we expect to start mid/late May and end in August.

Q: How many games will they play per week?
A: Our House League teams play 1 game a week

Q: What nights does my child play?
A: We are working with the Town of Orangeville Field allocation committee and will provide updated information as soon as it's available. 

Q: What nights does my child practice?

Q: How does the T-ball division work?
A: All T-ball teams will have a practice and game on Tuesdays.  Practice/game times are not available yet.

Q: Do we play or practice on the weekend?
A: Due to the increased interest and the lack of Diamond availability, some games, practices and development clinics may be scheduled on weekends this season.

Q: Can I make a request to be with friends/certain team/coach?

A:Due to the challenging logistics this season we will not be taking friend requests, outside of extenuating circumstances.
