Q: What night will my child be playing on?

A: 2024 Play nights and fees are as follows

Q: Can I register in person?

A:The Town of Orangeville usually hosts a central registration day at the Alder Street Recreation Centre Saturday March 9, 2024. We will have a table to run our registration and answer any questions you may have. Otherwise, we have an online registration system.  All online payments can be made with your credit card.

Q: Can I pay by Cash or Cheque?

A: No. We only accept payment by credit card (VISA/Mastercard).

Q:What is your refund policy?

A: Refunds prior to May 1st will be refunded with a processing fee. As of May 15th a 25% administration fee will be applied. After June 15th a 50% administration fee will be applied. Refunds will not be granted after July 1st. The board on an individual basis will look at extenuating circumstances. 

Q: When does the season start/end?

A:Season will Start last 2 weeks of May and will end by August 24 
*Tee ball age groups will be earlier

Q: How many games will they play per week?

A: Our House League teams play 1-2 game a week depending on amount of teams in division.

Q: Do we play or practice on the weekend?

A: Due to the increased interest and the lack of Diamond availability, some games, practices, development clinics and tournaments may be scheduled on weekends this season.
 
Q: Can I make a request to be with friends/certain team/coach?


A: Due to our desire to create the fairest possible league, we can only facilitate 1 request. You may request one player to play with, and in order for that to be accepted, they also need to request you. Requests can be sent to [email protected]

Q: I play on a holiday will I lose my game?

A: No any game that is normally scheduled on a holiday will be played on the Friday of that same week. 

Q: My game was cancelled because of weather event will it be rescheduled?

A: Yes, we will make every attempt to schedule your missed game within 2 weeks of the missed game. Please note this game may not be played during your regularly scheduled playing day.

Q: When will we know the schedule?

A: Once we have completed the rosters we will send the notices out to players approximately 2 weeks before season start. 

Q: Where do we get the uniforms?

A: We will have an Opening Day event on May 25 & 26 at Springbrook park where you can come and pick up a hat and pants. Jerseys will be with coaches and presented to players
